Job Title: Site Manager - Social Housing Planned Maintenance
Location: West London (Site-Based)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (Basic Salary), Car Allowance

We’re seeking a driven Site Manager to join our Social Housing Planned Maintenance Division, delivering essential external social housing improvement upgrades in West London.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the efficient execution of planned improvement projects, coordinating site resources, subcontractors, and in-house teams.
- Ensure site setups meet compliance standards, including welfare facilities and security protocols.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Apply and monitor Safe Systems of Work to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements throughout project delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and coordinate effective site teams.
- Proven experience managing high-value construction projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Energy Company Obligation (ECO) projects.
- Familiarity with NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
