We’re seeking a driven Site Manager to join our Social Housing Planned Maintenance Division, delivering essential external social housing improvement upgrades in West London.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the efficient execution of planned improvement projects, coordinating site resources, subcontractors, and in-house teams.
  • Ensure site setups meet compliance standards, including welfare facilities and security protocols.
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Apply and monitor Safe Systems of Work to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements throughout project delivery.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and coordinate effective site teams.
  • Proven experience managing high-value construction projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in Energy Company Obligation (ECO) projects.
  • Familiarity with NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
