Job: Customer Service Executive

Location: Southall

Salary: £25,300 plus commission (up to £6,000 per annum)

Main Responsibilities:

Our well-established Southall based client are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive who will work with a large variety of clients, ensuring the team are meeting client expectations and providing them with an excellent order journey.

Key Skills:

  • Outbound calls to nominated accounts
  • Take inbound calls and action as required
  • Support customers on their order journey, making customers aware of all products and upselling
  • Provide accurate forecasting
  • Check customer details are logged correctly
  • Action order amends and add-ons for your customers via phone & website orders
  • Generate leads and allocate to the sales team
  • Reactivate customers and add to monthly call plan
  • Ensure customers are made aware of new promotions and support clearance drives
  • Work with customers who are experiencing any issues and support resolution through case management
  • Escalate queries if support is required

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Results orientated and target driven
  • Proactive and committed
