Job: Customer Service Executive
Location: Southall
Salary: £25,300 plus commission (up to £6,000 per annum)
Main Responsibilities:
Our well-established Southall based client are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive who will work with a large variety of clients, ensuring the team are meeting client expectations and providing them with an excellent order journey.
Key Skills:
- Outbound calls to nominated accounts
- Take inbound calls and action as required
- Support customers on their order journey, making customers aware of all products and upselling
- Provide accurate forecasting
- Check customer details are logged correctly
- Action order amends and add-ons for your customers via phone & website orders
- Generate leads and allocate to the sales team
- Reactivate customers and add to monthly call plan
- Ensure customers are made aware of new promotions and support clearance drives
- Work with customers who are experiencing any issues and support resolution through case management
- Escalate queries if support is required
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience
- Organised
- Good communication skills
- Results orientated and target driven
- Proactive and committed
