Customer Service/Sales Advisor Office Based - Southall UB2£25,300 + Bonus (£6000)

We are recruiting for a market leader within the FMCG industry, they are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor to help ensure that the customers needs and expectations are being met.

Role:

70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls with occasional emails.
You will have a set amount of customers that you will deal with, aiming to build relationships and strengthen the partnership
Being the first point of contact for any questions, queries or issues the customer is facing
High volume of calls within a fast paced environment
Working towards targets and KPI's
Up-selling to customers
Re-building relationships with lapsed customers
Providing a first-class service to all customers.
