Customer Service Representative

£25,000 plus bonus OTE 30K 

We are delighted to be working with one of our amazing clients based in Southall, they are on the lookout for a new Customer Service Representative to join them!

They are looking for someone who has strong customer service experience within an office environment! If you have worked closely with clients and customers supporting them with order processing and managing deliveries, this would be ideal 

This is a busy and fast paced role so we need somebody who always takes a proactive and positive approach. 

Telephone manner and personality are key, you will be building relationships via telephone and emails so a very high level of communication is needed. 

The role will require occassional weekend work, so please only apply if you can do 1 or 2 sundays per month (you will get a day off in the week)

  • Dealing with inbound calls
  • Responding and dealing with customer queries
  • Making sure customers details are logged correctly
  • Amending customers’ orders if required
  • Monitoring customer returns
  • Working with the sales team
