We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team, working across primary, secondary, and SEN schools in West London and Middlesex. This supply role caters to on-the-day last-minute requirements and may also lead to full-time or part-time opportunities within the schools. Ideal candidates will be graduates with degrees in education, STEM subjects, performing arts, psychology, or other relevant fields. Flexibility and willingness to travel up to an hour door-to-door, often at short notice in the mornings, are crucial for this role.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide support across various educational settings, from EYFS to KS2 in primary and KS3 to KS4 in secondary schools.
  • Work one-on-one with students with special educational needs, as well as within SEN establishments.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and meet the specific needs of students.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of engaging educational activities.
  • Support the lead teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a safe learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on studentsā€™ progress to teachers and potentially parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in education, STEM, performing arts, psychology, or a related field.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about supporting childrenā€™s learning and development.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not required.
