Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant is required and you must have Significant skills, training and experience in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs especially Autism, Speech & Language and significant Social and Emotional needs

The Role:

  • Support children on a 1:1 capacity and/or in small groups as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Assist in children's early development and growth
  • Support children with additional needs when required to help them feel comfortable
  • Work alongside colleagues to help create a fun, safe and stimulating learning environment for pupils and staff as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Support teacher with preparing classroom materials as a Primary School Teaching Assistant

Requirements:

  • Available to work 08:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
  • Two years experience working as a Teaching Assistant in the UK
  • Passionate about working with children as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
  • Already have or willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS
  • Either live in Southall or within a commutable distance
