A leading international freight forwarder is seeking a Gateway Clerk for a new position that requires flexibility with shifts, including days and nights.
The role involves accurately completing customs paperwork for both export and import entries, as well as providing good customer service.
Key responsibilities include preparing paperwork for aircraft operations, monitoring flight movements, and producing load plans and manifests.
Candidates are expected to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will receive a competitive salary.

NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for a new and exciting position to join A International Freight forwarder they are seeking a GATEWAY CLERK Must be flexible regards to shifts days and nights.

Accurately completing customs paperwork for export and/or import customs entries
Good customer services
Preparing paperwork for the off-load and on-load of aircraft.
Monitor inbound / outbound flights
Arriving and departing ground movements to and from centres to keep accurate inventory of containers
Producing load plans for flight destinations
Using weight and balance system to produce load manifests
Ensure completion export documentation
Liaising with the warehouse and Transport team
