The candidate holder will be required to carry out duties as a Responsible or Authorised Person in line with HTM on Building, Mechanical, and Electrical related services.Experienced working at senior Estates maintenance operational role in NHS hard FM engineering services. Technically qualified in the field of Building services engineering.
