Part of the NHBC Warranty for new homeowners ensures that the developer who builds the homes handles maintenance and repairs for the first 12 months after the homeowners move in. These faults are typically minor, such as cracked plaster, plumbing leaks, and general settlement issues of the building.
As a Multi-Trade Technician, you'll be called upon by the customer service team to address customer issues at completed or partially completed developments in London. Your background could be from any trade, but ideally, you would have experience in internal works or plumbing. This is a customer-facing role, requiring you to manage customer expectations effectively and handle all sorts of situations with professionalism.
