Our client, an accident repair centre , is seeking for a Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicle parts, including their availability, specifications, and compatibility.
Role: Vehicle Parts Advisor
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm
Location: Southall
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct vehicle parts for their needs.
- Offer expert advice on parts, accessories, and maintenance items for vehicles.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance on parts compatibility with different makes and models of vehicles.
- Maintain and organize stock levels of vehicle parts, ensuring that popular parts are readily available.
- Order parts from suppliers when stock is low or when specific items are requested.
- Keep accurate records of stock, inventory, and parts transactions.
