Role Overview
We are seeking a graduate with a passion for education to work as a Teaching Assistant across various subjects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and develop teaching skills in a dynamic, supportive environment. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students of all abilities, helping to enhance their learning experience, support their academic progress, and assist teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support classroom teaching by working with students individually or in small groups.
  • Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources.
  • Provide tailored support for students with additional learning needs.

  • The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ideally have prior experience working with young people, though this is not essential.
