As a dedicated teaching assistant who has worked with students with complex needs or challenging behaviour and who may have SEMH diagnoses, do you have any experience in working with these students?

• Provide students with a safe environment in which they can develop their physical, emotional, and educational skills while participating in activities with individuals or small groups of students.
• To provide an environment that is stimulating, well-structured, and suitable for pupils with difficulties related to social, emotional, and mental health
• Enhance a student's sense of self-esteem and encourage them to achieve and develop to the best of their ability.
• Assist students who need additional SEMH support by planning and delivering interventions in accordance with their needs.
• Taking part in meetings to discuss student progress, including inclusion meetings, is essential.
• To promote independence
