Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Assist with Lesson Planning: Support teachers in designing engaging and creative lessons that capture pupils' interest.
- Provide Individual Support: Offer personalised assistance to pupils or small groups to meet their specific learning needs.
- Foster Positive Relationships: Build supportive connections with pupils to enhance their well-being and encourage active participation.
- Support Classroom Behaviour: Help implement strategies to manage behaviour and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment.
