Overall Purpose of the Role of a Digital Design Executive; Reporting to to the Customer Engagement Controller, youwill work closely with your line manager to build and deliver digital capabilities for Delice de France. The objective is to create an excellent customer experience and improve customer engagement driving revenue growth via E-commerce sales. A creative with the ability to design and implement engaging digital content that will drive our customers to positive action. Responsible for understanding user data to drive initiatives and change, encouraging customer adoption of the Delice de France e-commerce platform, and driving sales revenue.

  • Create Google Analytics reporting for the DDF site and run reports on agreed time lines to share across the business.
  • DeliveractionableinsightfromtheGAreportingandworkwithour3rdpartyproviderWilliamsCommerceto understand how this can be implemented across the site.
  • Exploreandimplementotherreportingthatwilldriveactionableinsighttoimprovesalesand customer engagement e.g. Heat Maps
  • Proficient in SEO, implementing SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of Metatags and descriptions across the site.
  • Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
  • Website Optimisation.
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the DDF e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Deliver any change or improvement communications across the business to encourage usage. Work with the E- commerce Executive to build training to deliver internally and externally where appropriate.
  • Keep regular communication with our 3rd party provider Williams Commerce. Work with Williams Commerce to identify gaps in functionality and plan resolutions. Own the testing end to end of any changes made/suggested by you and feedback to line manager, IT, and Williams Commerce team on test results. This includes managing the test document.
  • Regular review of issues and potential bottlenecks to allow for quick resolution plans to be put in place.
