Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team in UB1, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing high-quality childcare and fostering a nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Lead and manage the nursery team, supporting staff development and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and safeguarding policies.
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support each child's development.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
  • Maintain records and reports related to child welfare and nursery activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare or nursery management is a plus but not essential, as relevant training will be provided.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • A passion for early years education and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations.
