Real Estate Litigation Solicitor West London Legal 500 Firm My client is seeking an experienced Property Litigator to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal solutions to their diverse client base, which includes property companies, corporate occupiers, and private clients.- Thrive in a collaborative environment where you can leverage the expertise of your colleagues and contribute to the firm's growth!- Be part of a community-driven organisation that values its people and the communities it serves!The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse array of property-related disputes for clients, including property firms, corporate tenants, and individual clients. These disputes may involve issues related to residential and commercial leases, matters arising from land transactions, and conflicts stemming from land development.Preferred Requirements:
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, understanding their commercial needs and adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, the ability to make sound decisions, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to ensure clear and concise client interactions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, adhering to the firm's policies and the Law Society's client care directive.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Law degree (or conversion) and successful completion of the LPC.
  • Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
  • Proven track record in property litigation, with the ability to showcase your expertise in this specialised area.
