About the role:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join West London College, and if you are looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

This role is more than just providing administrative support. It is focused on customer service by adopting a professional and courteous manner whilst upholding confidentiality at all times. You will be supporting our Executive Support and the Administration department as a whole. Reporting to the administrative manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that administrative processes and systems within the department are adhered to.

Being energetic, approachable and having the necessary IT skills to carry out numerous administrative tasks such as creating and managing documents, producing letters, and maintaining the college portal is essential. As this role will support the departments within the college, managing workloads and working to deadlines are vital to ensure the smooth running of the college. You will be supported in this role by an experienced Administration Manager and be part of a friendly professional team.
