- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients.
- Achieve sales targets and oversee order management.
- Resolve client issues and collaborate with internal teams for process improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide market insights.
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute promotions, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate in-store activations and events for enhanced brand visibility.
- Identify and research potential new retailers, expanding the wholesale network.
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to the national market presence
Merchandising:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure optimal product placement and visibility within retail spaces.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product assortment decisions and display strategies.
- Monitor and analyze merchandising effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed. ?
- Work with wholesale and retail partners to implement merchandising plans that align with both the company and customers’ objectives.
- Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all merchandising materials and displays.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in trade marketing, account management, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
