WE MAY JUST HAVE THE JOB FOR YOU!...............* 拢38,000 per anum * Monday to Saturday * Staff canteen, discounted products.* 6am - 2pm or 2pm to 10pm * Lovely clean, friendly warehouse environment.* PPE (Safety shoes, Hi viz jacket) provided.Responsibilities路 Review out of specification results and implementing corrective actions路 Investigating customer complaints路 Responsible for maintaining WIP, raw material and finished product specifications路 Ensure that GMP standards are maintained within all areas of the company and that all current legislation, all systems, and procedures are adhered to.路 Auditing all production paperwork daily according to BRC/Customer requirements路 Verify all production paperwork on daily basis and conduct traceability as requested路 Implement operational changes with technical guidelines路 Take actions for non-conformances which are rectified in relations to laid down systems and procedures.路 Provide training to operational staff as and when required路 Assist with new product development, sample preparation, production trials, DAF plant monitoring and taste panel as required路 Work cross functionally with operation teams to ensure the factory is always audit ready.路 Any other reasonable work that is requested by the Head of Technical to ensure the smooth running of the department and the Company.Knowledge and Skills路 Experience of working in technical roles within food industry ideally high care/high risk environments.路 Internal auditor experience.路 Experience of leading/ supporting BRC, EHO and customer audits.路 Knowledge of HACCP level 2/3路 Open and willing to support the business wherever needed
