Design Coordinator - West London - Residential Project (New Build)

A Design Coordinator is required to oversee design packages on a large new build residential project in West London. The schemes are valued at 70m in total and consist of a mix of RC frame and traditional build. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build residential projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least 20m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / West London.
