Horizon Teachers are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team for daily supply work in schools across the Ealing area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work in an educational environment, with the opportunity to build experience in a variety of schools. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support students during lessons
Ensure students follow instructions in the absence of the teacher
Manage classroom behaviour in a positive and proactive manner
Assist students as needed with their classwork and activities
Provide feedback to teachers and school staff as necessary

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different environments
A positive attitude and a passion for working with young people
