Job Overview:

The entry level Plumber is responsible for performing routine and non-routine plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and heating systems, as well as hot and cold water plant and equipment. This role requires adherence to Health and Safety and Security Regulations, along with excellent communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform both routine and non-routine work activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
  • Complete new installation requests, reactive work orders, and weekly planned maintenance tasks.
  • Assist and oversee contractors during inspections and installations.
  • Maintain accurate tool inventories and strictly follow all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain flexible, adaptable work habits, with the ability to manage workload at various London locations if required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in plumbing and maintenance tasks.
  • Ownership of required tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong flexibility and adaptability in handling varied tasks.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Current manual driving license.
  • Reliable attendance, working Monday to Thursday 8:00-16:30 and Friday 8:00-16:00.
