NHS is recruiting for 3 Plumber positions (Band 5) with working hours from Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-4pm.
Candidates must have their own tools and PPE, a manual driving license, and be computer literate.

Duties include routine and non-routine work, repairs, planned maintenance, and escorting contractors.

Working hours Monday-Thursday 8am-1630pm and Friday 8am-4pm

Must have-

Duties:

Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine
Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services
Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently
Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
Adhere to relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists
