Meridian Business Support is currently seeking skilled and adaptable and versatile Multi-Skilled Plumbers to join our client in West London. This role is based within a hospital environment and offers a hands-on opportunity where you will:
  • Performing both routine and non-routine work activities.
  • Carrying out new installations, repairs, and routine planned maintenance for mechanical systems, heating, and hot/cold water plant equipment and services.
  • Managing reactive work requests, completing minor new installation tasks, and efficiently handling weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets.
  • Escorting contractors during inspections and installations.
  • Adhering strictly to policies and procedures, maintaining accurate tool inventories, and complying with Health and Safety and Security regulations.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance.
  • Ability to handle varied tasks efficiently and independently.
  • A proactive approach to ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Key Requirements:
  • Essential tools and PPE: Must provide your own.
  • Plumbing qualification: NVQ Level 3 or Above or equivalent
  • Communication: Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to varied tasks and schedules.
  • IT Skills: Basic computer literacy is essential.
  • Driving License: A valid manual driving license is required.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Capability to manage and complete tasks within set deadlines.
