Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture bespoke joinery items such as cabinets, counters, displays, etc.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans.
- Work with a wide range of materials including hardwoods, softwoods, laminates, and MDF.
- Use woodworking machinery and hand tools to shape, cut, and assemble components.
- Ensure the highest standard of finish and craftsmanship in all joinery projects.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner / Carpenter, preferably in workshop settings
- Competent in using woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, and sanders.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Knowledge of various materials, including wood, laminates, and veneers.
