- Main point of contact for customers
- Quoting customers & processing orders on ERP system.
- Entering information onto our CRM system and the daily upkeep of this
- Dealing with outbound and inbound phone calls to customers
- Outgoing calls to customers
- Liaising with other departments via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and in person regarding orders/quotes/lead times/item availability etc
- Dealing with emails – incoming / outgoing from the sales group email and work email address
- Reporting customer complaints to the internal NCR process
- Helping with quotes/orders from the Sales Support Team in overseas
- When required attending Sales / Operations daily meeting
- Offer after sales support to customers
- Microsoft Office competencies, computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise work and multi-task
- Experience in an engineering/manufacturing/construction environment
- Experience dealing with technical products.
