Job Advert: CACHE Level 3 Trained Practitioner - Pre-School Unit (Supply Cover)We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and reliable CACHE Level 3-trained Practitioner to join our Pre-School Unit for a period of leave cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small, vibrant group of children and make a real impact during their early years.Key Information:Location: Our small village-based pre-school (no public transport, own transport required)Hours: 8:40am - 3:30pmDuration: Between 6 weeks and 3 monthsChildren: Mix of 2-year-olds to 5-year-olds (5 pre-schoolers and 4 reception children)Team: A teacher will be present in the mornings, with the possibility of a TA in the afternoons, depending on numbers.What We Need:CACHE Level 3 qualified with proven experience in early years education.Experience in running a pre-school setting and working with young children.Leadership Skills: Ability to take the lead in a team, working independently as well as collaboratively.Parent Interaction: Comfortable and confident in engaging with parents and providing updates about their children's progress.Reliable and Flexible: As a small village-based school, it's essential that you have reliable transportation. We're looking for someone who can commit to the full length of the cover period.Initiative & Responsibility: Capable of stepping up and taking the initiative, especially when working with a mixed-age group of pre-school and reception children.The Role:Supervise, engage with, and support the development of pre-school and reception children.Plan and deliver activities that promote learning and social development.Work closely with our teaching team, providing valuable input and feedback.Create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to learn.Build strong relationships with parents and keep them informed of their child's progress.If you are a passionate practitioner who is reliable, independent, and excited about supporting young children's learning in a dynamic, supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
