CLASS 1 DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES: 18:00 – 22:00

£18.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Southam.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-known supplier of household goods, with plenty of ongoing work available.

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not limited to:

Class 1 Depot to Depot Trunking
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Essential Skills

As a Class 1 Driver you will need to:

Hold a valid UK CE Driving Licence (CLASS 1)
Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving a CE vehicles
No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes
Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card

Desirable Experience

Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial

Training

Full training will be provided for this role
