This is a unique role where no 2 day's will be the same and requires a flexible attitude, someone who will get stuck in when other areas of the business are busy.

Your Mission:

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, fostering a warm, inviting environment.
  • Plan & execute shooting and non-shooting events with precision.
  • Manage a dedicated team, from our clubhouse chef to front-desk operations.
  • Drive memberships, sales, and promotions.

You Bring:

  • Exceptional customer service & team leadership.
  • A detail-oriented, organised approach.
  • Experience managing events and handling transactions.
  • Bonus: An interest in countryside pursuits and shooting sports!

Essential: Level 2 Food Hygiene, Microsoft Office skills, and a flexible, positive attitude.
