Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all project documentation, drawings, and reports
  • Ensure adherence to document control standards and HS2 project protocols
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents
  • Support data and document archiving and assist with audit processes
  • Assist in maintaining confidentiality, quality, and accessibility of records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in document control, preferably within civil engineering or construction
  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively on site and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
