Your Role as a Launch Technician

You’ll play a pivotal role in the end-to-end build process of bespoke, high-value vehicles. From component assembly to final touches, your knowledge, development and continuous improvement will ensure each vehicle exceeds the highest quality standards as projects move from Launch stage to Build production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the build and validation of new vehicle projects, ensuring components are correctly fitted and functional before full-scale production.
  • Work closely with engineering and quality teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve build-related issues during the launch phase.
  • Support the refinement of build processes by providing feedback and updating work instructions to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments, to ensure seamless vehicle assembly and continuous process improvement.
