The position offers a salary of £60,000 to £70,000, depending on experience, and requires at least five years of relevant experience.
The job includes producing management accounts, leading a finance team, and supporting strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level.

With a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two from home), you’ll have the flexibility to balance work and life while making a real impact as the Financial Controller.Reporting to the COO you will:

Produce management accounts, reporting on P&L, budgets, balance sheets and cashflow
Lead and develop a small finance team
Support strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level
Strengthen financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Analyse actuals and provide insights on variances to key stakeholders

What you will need:

To be qualified, part-qualified or a finalist in ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Head of Finance / Finance Director
A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership and drive improvements
