We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across our UK operations. This is a newly created, high-impact role, working with senior stakeholders to and supporting their continued growth.

We are supporting a leading global organisation's based in Southampton recruiting a Financial Controller.

This role is integral to ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive efficiency, enhance financial controls, and support the long-term growth of the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee financial control, reporting, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with UK & international accounting standards
  • Manage audits, statutory accounts & regulatory reporting
  • Lead process improvements & support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
