  • Prepare all statutory reporting to the group, including managing the balance sheet.
  • Act as the main point of contact for auditors and other external advisors, such as tax consultants.
  • Oversee an accounting and payroll team of approximately 10 staff, motivating and developing the team.
  • Ensure compliance to maintain a robust financial control environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the accounting and reporting functions, including processes, systems, and communication.
What You Will Need:
  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong IT skills – experience of creating reports in Power BI would be beneficial
  • Strong technical reporting skills including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflows.
  • Likely to be a fit for a candidate who originally trained in practice or who has group reporting experience.
  • Seasoned and able to be robust to deal with the speed of growth and business change
  • Able to speak and build relationships across the business and at all levels – business partnering
