Page Personnel are partnering with a successful business who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices.
Description
As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, conduct variance analysis, and develop financial models for planning.
- Assist in budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monitor KPIs for risks/opportunities.
- Perform cost analysis, recommend savings, and guide operational teams on financial efficiency.
- Maintain financial controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights and support strategic goals.
Profile
To be successful for the Management Accountant position, you must:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage) is an advantage.
- Be studying towards your accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA)
Job Offer
Salary £35,000 - £45,000
