We are partnered with a logistics & transport organisation who are currently seeking an Payroll Specialist to join them on an initial 18-24 month FTC.
Sitting within Finance and working closely with HR, this role will be solely responsible for processing the inhouse payroll on a monthly basis from end to end.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the design and delivery of a new payroll system
- Maintaining all current payroll processes
- Processing a small director and non-executive director payroll
- Manage the end to end internal payroll process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to payroll transactions
- Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries
Experience required:
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in UK payroll software, including Excel
- Experience with a new payroll system implementation is desirable
