Revenue Controller – The Role

  • Ensuring accurate billing and providing valuable financial insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, fee earners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews of WIP and accounts receivable balances to drive performance
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to senior management, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and potential issues
  • Collaborate with credit controllers to manage delinquent accounts and resolve disputes
  • Monitor timesheet compliance and address any discrepancies.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the firm successfully meets billing deadlines

Revenue Controller – Required Experience

  • Prior revenue management experience within a professional service or time-based business such a legal, consultancy, creative, engineering, architecture etc
  • Exposure to working with and dealing with senior stakeholders 
  • Extensive knowledge of standard billing practices and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and positive with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality.

Revenue Controller – The Package

  • Salary up to £40,000
  • Bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working – 3 office / 2 home
  • 25 days of annual leave with the option to buy or sell 5 days.

  • Owing to the territories these roles will be responsible for you will be required to work either 11am-7pm or 12- 8pm, Monday to Friday
