Ruby Group are looking for a Revenue Controller to join an international law firm. Reporting to the Revenue Manager and supporting the Finance Manager you will act as the main point of contact for billing and collection matters. Working closely with partners and fee earners to maximize billings and collections, establishing, and maintaining strong working relationships with partners and fee earners. You will ensure the accuracy of billing and adherence to service level agreements, providing regular reporting updates to senior management. Your role will also involve monitoring and managing WIP and debt balances, offering advice on delinquent accounts, and supporting credit controllers to achieve cash targets. Additionally, you will monitor and follow up on missing timesheets and manage Ebilling clients to ensure timely invoice submissions.


To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of revenue or billing management experience ideally gained whilst working in a law firm, prior experience using 3E and EBillingHub is advantageous. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are key personal characteristics.


Our client offers a 35-hour work week with hybrid working available (2 days from home, 3 days in the office.
