In this role you will:

  • Process all invoices and maintain Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable in Sage Line 50.
  • Ensure monthly suppliers payment run is carried out on time and accurately.
  • Maintain Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable.
  • Check no unauthorised credit is given and chase all overdue accounts.
  • Daily review and audit of hotel sales and revenue.
  • Check the daily card and cash payments, petty cash floats and records. 
  • Ensure cash floats are maintained with sufficient change.
  • Liaise with section leaders and accounts team to ensure accuracy of all accounts. 

Please note this role is Full-time. 5 days a week on site. Monday-Friday
