Description
As the Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Invoice and Payment Processing: Manage supplier invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and reconciling supplier statements.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform timely bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Month-End Reporting: Support the finance team with month-end account preparation and reconciliation.
- Staff Expenses: Process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Audit Support: Assist in audit preparation and provide administrative support as required.
