Role Overview
As the Deputy Manager/Nursing Clinical Lead, you'll support the Home Manager in overseeing care home operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver high standards consistently. Your strong clinical governance and leadership skills will ensure excellent resident care, compliance, and a positive, safe environment.
Nursing Clinical Lead Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare staff, fostering a high-morale workplace.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and personalized care plans.
- Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Engage with residents and families to address their needs and concerns.
- Support the Home Manager in maintaining occupancy and promoting the home.
Nursing Clinical Lead Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership in a nursing or care home environment.
- Strong clinical governance skills and experience with dementia care.
- Personable, with a passion for social care and high standards.
- Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications and a commitment to professional development.
