- Maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and inform them of our bespoke recruitment solutions.
- Thoroughly screen candidates to ensure their skills and experience aligns with client needs.
- Engage with employers and hiring managers to obtain candidate references.
- Meet and exceed candidate engagement targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent Pertemps at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role customer facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A competitive base salary of £28,000 per annum.
