Operations Supervisor
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient freight forwarding, transport scheduling, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of coordinators, track shipments, resolve operational issues, manage customs clearance and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operations and manage team performance• Oversee transport schedules and ensure timely deliveries• Manage customs clearance processes and documentation• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments• Analyse data to optimize operations and reduce costs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in logistics/operations management• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and organizational abilities• Knowledge of global freight forwarding and customs regulations
