Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer will have experience working in a Quality Engineer role, preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment, developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and ISO Audits to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.

Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer Role
- Will support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, driving operational excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards across the organization.
- Drive initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and foster continuous improvement across departments.
- Develop and optimise quality policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training session on quality management for employees at all levels.
- Support multiple branch locations throughout the UK when required
Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer Requirements
- Experience working in a Quality Engineer role, preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment, developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and ISO Audits to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.
- Experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Senior Quality Officer, QHSE Engineer, QHSE Officer, or similar.
- An ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certificate is essential.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.
- Will be willing to work Hybrid between the office near Southampton, Home Office, and branches throughout the UK when required.
