Sales Director Digital Marketing

£120k Basic + Uncapped Commission + Equity + Pension and Health

Established for 20 years this highly dynamic, private equity backed business is enjoying phenomenal growth and they are on target to triple their multi-million turnover in the next 3 years.

To ensure they maintain and accelerate this success, they are investing in a high calibre Sales Director to assess and develop their current strategy whilst managing and driving a high-performance sales and customer service team.

This is an exciting opportunity for short and long-term reward culminating in equity and a highly profitable exit plan in a 3-5-year period.

As part of the executive team, you will report directly to the board and be responsible for overall planning, management and execution of the sales and growth strategy.

Applications are sought from high energy, ambitious Senior Sales Managers or Directors. You will have experience of working within a private equity backed business and be able to demonstrate where you have successfully implemented sales strategies that have delivered significant growth within a specified period, managed sales teams to success ultilizng data and your analytical skills and personally delivered significant wins.

Whilst experience of working for a digital marketing business is not a necessity, a strong understanding of digital marketing within a trade environment will be highly advantageous.
