Vacancy: SALES MANAGER– Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Southampton, SO15
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Southampton area is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help build the sales team and increase the business share of this well-known and highly visible brand.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role. Knowledge of the Southampton area would clinch the deal!

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency with a flourishing business, an excellent local reputation and several busy offices in and around the Southampton area.
Skills required for this Sales Manager / Lister role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Some management experience beneficial
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
- NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
