Accounts Payable Administrator – 3 months temporary

Reed Accountancy are working with a leading Manufacturing company in Whiteley to recruit a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator to join for an initial 3-month period.
Scope of Role: As the Accounts Payable Administrator you will be supporting multiple accounts with in the EMEA region. the Accounts Payable team is crucial in maintaining accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Summary: As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be integral to the team, ensuring the precise and prompt handling of supplier invoices, employee expenses, and vendor management. You’ll work under the Accounts Payable Supervisor and contribute to our commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of invoices and update the Accounts Payable Ledger.
- Reconcile supplier statements and deal with queries.
- Process employee expenses and other ad hoc duties.
