Page Personnel are partnering with a successful business who are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk - German Speaker to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices but also offer a hybrid model of working.
Description
As the Accounts Receivable Clerk - German Speaker, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciling & arranging timely collection of booking debt
- Responsible for BAU responsibilities on relevant systems
- Liaising with travel agents and internal departments (in particular Sales and Contact centre) to resolve queries on bookings.
- Ensure agent commission is paid on time and in line with agreed payment terms.
- Liaising with travel agents & our global brands to ensure banking forms are completed to allow refunds & payments to be made to guests.
- Working towards targets to reduce overdue debt responsibly.
Profile
To be successful for the Accounts Receivable Clerk - German Speaker position, you must:
- Fluent in German to required business level
- Clear and concise communicator - excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning skills - able to organise and prioritise work
- Resilient - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competent with Microsoft Office specifically Excel.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
